01 — Agreement
By purchasing or using any HYPRGRPH software ("the Tool"), you agree to these terms. HYPRGRPH is operated by Strangeloop Studios. If you don't agree, don't buy or use the Tool.
02 — License
Each purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the Tool on up to two (2) personal devices you own or control. The license is yours for life. We don't retain the right to revoke it except for breach of these terms.
03 — What you get
One-time purchases include the current version of the Tool and all minor updates within the purchased major version (e.g. buying v1.0 gets you all v1.x releases). Major upgrades (v2, v3) may be sold separately, typically at a discount to existing owners.
04 — What you can't do
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the Tool or its source code. You may not remove copyright notices, reverse engineer the license system, or use the Tool to build a directly competing product. Everything else — including commercial use in your own creative output — is fine.
05 — Refunds
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on any purchase. Email support@hyprgrph.xyz with your order reference and we'll refund in full, no friction.
06 — No warranty
The Tool is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that it will meet your specific needs, run on every system, or be free of bugs. We test it thoroughly in production — our own — but your setup may differ.
07 — Liability
HYPRGRPH's total liability for any claim arising from the Tool is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost shows, missed deadlines, angry clients, etc.
08 — Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to purchasers and reflected by the LAST UPDATED date above.
