01 — What we collect
- —Email address — when you join the waitlist or make a purchase. Used for transactional email (receipt, download link, release notifications for products you waitlisted).
- —Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number, CVV, or full billing details. We store a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits of your card.
- —Cloudflare logs — anonymized request logs (IP hash, user agent, path) for security and performance. We don't run third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling.
02 — How we use it
Strictly to run the service: deliver downloads, send license keys, answer support, notify you of releases for tools you waitlisted. We don't sell or share your email with anyone, ever.
03 — How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for seven (7) years to meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted. You can request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time.
04 — Third parties we use

Each is used only for its stated purpose. We have no third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics partners.
05 — Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@hyprgrph.xyz and we'll respond within seven (7) days. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR, and CCPA respectively — the same email address handles those.
06 — Cookies
We use one cookie: a first-party session cookie to remember your waitlist submission on the same browser. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No cross-site analytics.
07 — Security
All data in transit is TLS-encrypted. Payment data never touches our infrastructure. The waitlist database runs on Cloudflare D1 with access limited to the site's serverless functions.
